What this website collects, and who sees it
When you book or send us a message
We ask for your name, phone number and email address, the dates you want, how many people are coming, what you would like to book and anything you choose to write to us. We use them only to answer you and to arrange your stay.
Where it goes
A booking is written into La Mama Hotel's own reservation system, where our reservations team confirms it with you by phone or email. So that no booking is missed, our reservations team, managers and owners are sent a text message and an email with your name, dates, number of people and phone number, and so is the company that maintains our booking system. The text messages go through a text-message service. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.
Cookies and tracking
This website keeps nothing in your browser and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting security service, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from abuse. The map on our contact page is loaded from Google Maps.
